Terms and Conditions:

The house is rented for a maximum of 8 people. Weekly rentals only during HS and school holidays, from Sunday to Sunday.

• High Season - June, July, August, September: €2000 including tax per week

• Low Season - School holidays: €1500 including tax per week

• Low Season - Outside school holidays:

  • €1000 including tax per week
  • €700 including tax for a 4-night stay (or less).

The rate includes beds made upon arrival, weekly cleaning, charges for normal usage, and all taxes.

• Deposit: 30% at booking, then 100% 20 days before arrival.

• Security deposit: €1000 by check upon key handover.

• The house is non-smoking/vaping. Pets and loud parties are not allowed to ensure respect for all guests and our friendly neighbors.

Availability:

Following the renovation work, the house will reopen for summer 2025. Rearrangement is in progress. Feel free to contact us for more information.
